Because emergencies never seem to happen during business hours, all
Redfish locations are on-call 24 Hours a day. Equipment and manpower are
never more than a phone call away. Each location has a member of the
management team, as well as an experienced mechanic, on duty at all
times.
Since
we are locally owned and operated, we make our own decisions on-site. We
never need to make a call and get an answer from an office hundreds of
miles away.
